Project information
This major road improvement project widened the existing carriageway from 5.5 meters to 10 meters and strengthened the pavement structure over a 23.2 km stretch to handle increased traffic volume and enhance safety. It included pavement overlay, shoulder improvements, drainage enhancements, and structural upgrades for better durability and all-weather performance. The initiative significantly improves connectivity between Padra and Karjan, supporting regional mobility, economic growth, and reduced travel time in Vadodara District's rural and semi-urban areas.
