Project information
This Phase-1 rehabilitation and upgradation project on the existing 44 km four-lane SH-64 involves resurfacing the pavement, Full Depth Reclamation (FDR) for base strengthening, and standard four-laning improvements to restore and enhance the road's structural integrity, ride quality, and capacity. Works include milling/removal of distressed layers, FDR with stabilization, overlay with bituminous mixes, drainage enhancements, shoulder repairs, and safety features for better durability and traffic handling. The initiative maintains and upgrades this vital corridor connecting Ankleshwar's industrial hub to Rajpipla, improving safety, reducing maintenance needs, easing congestion, and supporting efficient regional connectivity in Bharuch District.
