Project information
This state highway project upgrades the 22.8 km Rajpardi-Netrang Road (SH-163) to a four-lane configuration, with initial works focused on the 10 km section to boost capacity, safety, and traffic efficiency in Bharuch District's rural-industrial corridor. It includes carriageway widening, pavement strengthening, median construction, paved shoulders, advanced drainage systems, and structural improvements for high-load durability and all-weather performance. The initiative enhances connectivity linking Rajpardi and Netrang areas, supports smoother movement to nearby industrial zones, reduces congestion and travel time, and promotes regional economic development.
