Project information
This special repair (S.R.) project involved constructing multiple new box culverts at strategic chainages across the 43 km state highway stretch to improve cross-drainage, prevent waterlogging, and enhance road safety during heavy rains. Works included excavation, foundation laying, RCC box structure erection, backfilling, and integration with existing road pavement for seamless flow. The initiative strengthens the highway's resilience in Bharuch District's monsoon-prone areas, ensures better vehicular movement, reduces flooding risks, and supports long-term durability of the Ankleshwar-Valia-Netrang corridor.
